Flights should be booked as soon as possible and no later than April 3, 2023.

What kind of fare should I book?

For this event, ALL attendees are to book economy class fares, regardless of job level or distance traveled. While they may not be marked as such in the Egencia system, premium economy or business class seats are out of policy for this event and will NOT be approved/reimbursed.
