For flights, you should be able to self-service your flight cancellation in Egencia by going to “Trips”. Navigate to your itinerary and click “cancel” under the flight information. If that doesn’t work or you need agent support, click "Help" in the top right of your screen for local contact options.

For attendees in these areas, please follow the instructions below: On the flight's side, since you booked directly, please make sure to cancel your flight. Please try to get it refunded as possible (and if a refund is possible let us know, as we may need to have you pay ZD back if you already expensed it), but if not, you can save the credit for a future Zendesk trip.
