How will expenses be handled?

You will receive the prepaid VISA card for $450 USD at registration/check-in.

The amount on the card will be enough to have covered any expenses traveling to and from the airport (taxis, meal at airport, etc) as well as expenses during the trip.

What this means is that if you spent out-of-pocket to get to the airport, you should consider the VISA card as your reimbursement. 

No expenses should be submitted during this event, and any expenses that are submitted will not be approved.
