I need a Visa--what do I need to do?

If you need a Visa to attend the Customer Innovation Summit, please refer to this document for assistance as well as the Visa Assistance page for more information.

Please note that Visa expenses are reimbursable. Please follow the steps below to submit via Expensify:

1. Submit a new manual expense in Expensify.
2. Provide the appropriate merchant name and total.
3. Select "Reimbursable".
4. For the category, select "Passport/Visa Fees".
5. In the description, enter "Customer Innovation Summit 2023"
6. Attach the relevant receipt, save, and submit.
