We do not support bookings not paid for by Zendesk in Egencia. We understand you will want to link your bookings with a spouse or family member, in which case you can do the following:
After the employee books their own flight with Egencia (don’t book seats), they can call the airline directly to make the reservation for their companions and advise the agent to make notes in the record to tie the two records together. This is done through something called an OSI message that is specifically for this situation. The agent can align seats together at this time. Also, by having the OSI message in the reservation, if there are flight cancellations/changes both records will be cross-referenced so that they are all covered on the same flights.
